Issue Six now available
We're back with issue six, and this one is bigger and better than ever!
In an effort to become more inclusive of the whole vegan community, the magazine is focusing on the diversity within the movement. With this in mind, the most recent issue covers the intersection of veganism with forms of oppression such as racism and homophobia, as well as other relatively controversial topics surrounding a plant-based lifestyle.
Highlights include an interview with Jasmin Singer (Our Hen House), articles from Dan Hanley (The Gay Vegans) and Leigh-Chantelle Koch (Viva la Vegan!), and recipes from Miss Savvy, Lindsay S. Nixon (Happy Herbivore), Miriam Sorrell (Mouthwatering Vegan), and more.

Issue #6 coming soon
We're still working on issue six, but all the content has been submitted. It's now just a matter of making everything look beautiful and adding a few other final touches to things.
So, if all goes well, there should be another product added to this store soon. How soon? We're not sure, but we hope the snow will not be on the ground before the issue hits the digital shelf!
Issue #5 now available
With the newest issue of T.O.F.U. we've increased the size, so everything is easier to read, and we can cram more great vegan photos, recipes and articles into every page! It's still available in a pay-what-you-can format, and we think you'll get your money's worth, no matter what price you choose.
Topics include spring cleaning, growing veggies and greens in small spaces, how to promote veganism, making your own baby food, and a spotlight on the work and life of Jo-Anne McArthur of We Animals. Did we mention the cashew cookies, harvest soup and smoothie and shake recipes? What about the hot noodz? Or the full colour, vegan-friendly photos?
Check it out here in the store.
Issue #4 now available
With a crisp new all digital look, the little magazine that should is taking another big step in what we hope is the right direction.
Over 80 pages stuffed with recipes, art, city reviews, and other random things you have come to expect when you give a bunch of vegans from around the world the chance to chip in their two cents.
Topics include vegan parenting, organic farming, vegan accordion making, starting a vegan blog, and what life in a yurt is like. Did we mention the shortbread, muffin, and soup recipes? How about the interview with Cursed Arrows?
Check it out right here in the store.

For the most recent updates on the magazine, and my opinions on a bunch of vegan-related things, be sure to check the website whenever you can.
Otherwise, I'll try to post a few random things on here every now and then, but I'm not promising anything!
